As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Commercial team.
About the Role
This is a relationship-led, post-sales role focused on developing and strengthening Cognisys' strategic technology and audit partnerships while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their compliance journey.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for partner-led engagements, working closely with technology partners, customers, Cognisys consultants and external audit providers to ensure projects are delivered successfully from initial engagement through to certification.
Working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing and Delivery, you'll help drive customer success, strengthen partner relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through Cognisys' wider portfolio of cyber security and GRC services.
Success in this role will be measured through partner satisfaction, customer retention, opportunity growth and the continued development of strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop trusted relationships with strategic technology partners, audit partners and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary post-sales contact for partner-led GRC engagements.
Coordinate communication between customers, Cognisys consultants, technology partners and external audit providers.
Ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout their compliance journey.
Support audit coordination, including introductions, project progression and certification activities.
Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through Cognisys' wider Cyber Security and GRC services.
Deliver regular partner reviews and maintain strong engagement with strategic partners.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer engagement updates and opportunity tracking.
Support joint enablement sessions, webinars, marketing initiatives and partner events.
Requirements
You'll be an experienced relationship manager who enjoys building long-term partnerships, delivering outstanding customer experiences and identifying opportunities to create value.
You'll have:
3+ years' experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Alliances.
Experience working within Cyber Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Technology or SaaS.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent engagements.
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer engagement, reporting and opportunity pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Cyber Security or GRC consultancies
Compliance automation platforms
Customer Success or Partner Success programmes
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 42001, Cyber Essentials or similar would be advantageous.
