Channel Partner Manager (North Amercia)
Location: USA (Remote)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission
Cognisys is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity and compliance consultancies globally and Vanta’s #1 Global Service Partner.
We help fast-scaling technology businesses build trust, achieve compliance and strengthen security without unnecessary complexity. Our services span compliance advisory, CREST-accredited penetration testing, vulnerability management and managed security services.
We are now entering the next phase of our international growth. Partnerships are central to how we scale.
This role is not about maintaining a partner spreadsheet. It is about building strategic commercial relationships that create pipeline, influence markets and position Cognisys as the trusted cybersecurity and compliance partner across the North American ecosystem.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Manager to own and grow our relationships across the IT channel. This is a key commercial role responsible for recruiting, enabling, and driving revenue through Value Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and distributors. You will be the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio and will play a central role in shaping how we go to market through the channel.
Own and grow a portfolio of VAR, MSP, and distributor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your partners
Recruit and onboard net-new partners, taking them from initial prospecting through to signed agreement and first revenue
Develop joint business plans with key partners, setting clear targets and driving accountability against them
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver enablement and campaigns that help partners sell effectively
What We’re Looking For
Experience
5+ years of hands-on IT channel experience managing VARs, MSPs, and distributors in a vendor-side role
A track record of hitting revenue targets tied directly to channel partner performance
Experience running partner programs including deal registration, partner tiering, and MDF management
Strong relationship builder who can engage credibly from partner sales reps through to C-suite
