Location: USA (Remote)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

This role is not about maintaining a partner spreadsheet. It is about building strategic commercial relationships that create pipeline, influence markets and position Cognisys as the trusted cybersecurity and compliance partner across the North American ecosystem.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship-led Channel Partner Manager to lead and grow our North American partner ecosystem.
You will own our strategic relationship with Vanta across the region, building deep alignment with sales, partner, customer success and leadership teams, while also expanding our wider ecosystem of referral and channel partners.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales and strategic growth.
You will be expected to:
Create meaningful pipeline opportunities
Drive partner engagement and enablement
Increase Cognisys visibility across the ecosystem
Influence partner sales motions
Help shape how our North American channel strategy evolves as we scale
This is a high-autonomy role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building structure, momentum and commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Partner Ownership
Act as the primary relationship owner for key North American channel partners, with a strong focus on Vanta.
Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder groups including:
Partner leadership
Sales teams
Account management/customer success teams
Regional partner managers
Strategic alliance stakeholders
Channel Pipeline Generation
Drive measurable partner-sourced pipeline growth through:
Co-selling initiatives
Account mapping
Referral strategies
Joint pipeline reviews
Warm introductions into target accounts
You will work closely with Cognisys sales leadership and Enterprise Account Executives to convert strategic partner opportunities into revenue.
Partner Enablement
Deliver engaging enablement sessions and ongoing partner education that enables external teams to confidently position Cognisys services.
This includes:
Workshops
Enablement collateral
Regional updates
Partner onboarding
Cybersecurity and compliance positioning support
Ecosystem Presence & Relationship Building
Maintain a visible and proactive presence within the cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem.
This includes participation in:
Partner events
Industry conferences
Webinars
Regional networking opportunities
Partner Slack communities
Strategic account discussions
Commercial & Operational Discipline
Track and report on:
Partner-sourced revenue
Pipeline conversion
Channel performance
Forecasting
Partner activity metrics
You will use data to identify growth opportunities, strengthen partner engagement and improve commercial outcomes.
Channel Strategy & Growth
Help shape Cognisys’ broader North American channel strategy, including:
Identifying new partnership opportunities
Developing scalable referral models
Refining partner engagement approaches
Supporting joint GTM initiatives
Influencing how we scale strategically across the region
What We’re Looking For
Experience
4–7 years of experience within Channel Partnerships, Strategic Alliances or Partner Management in SaaS, cybersecurity or technology services
Experience operating within high-growth environments where pace, ambiguity and commercial ownership are expected
Proven track record of generating measurable channel-driven pipeline or revenue
Ecosystem Understanding
Experience working with or alongside:
Vanta
Secureframe
Drata
compliance automation platforms
cybersecurity vendors
MSSP or consultancy ecosystems
Direct cybersecurity or compliance industry experience is highly advantageous.
Commercial Presence
You are commercially aware, credible and confident engaging with:
Partner sales teams
Customer success organisations
Operational stakeholders
Senior leadership
You know how to build trust, create momentum and drive action.
Organised & Operationally Strong
You are highly self-directed and capable of managing:
Multiple initiatives
Partner priorities
