We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Employee Enablement Specialist to join our Operations team and drive the success of our delivery personnel.

About the Role
We’re looking for an Employee Enablement Specialist who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving technology environments and is passionate about learning and development.
You’ll take the lead in developing and implementing robust onboarding and training programs for our delivery teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to excel and deliver real impact in the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous training plans for operations teams.
- Manage the complete enablement cycle effectively, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and post-training evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GRC consultants, Penetration Testing technical experts, and Operations/HR, to deliver customised solutions and documentation.
- Take a proactive approach to content maintenance and problem-solving, ensuring all training materials are current and accessible.
- Adapt to additional enablement initiatives and responsibilities as they arise.
- Continuously invest in self-development, focusing on instructional design, enablement technology, and leadership attributes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or a related Operational Support role within a technology or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful training or onboarding programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or knowledge base software.
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations, workshops, and e-learning content.
- Self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with technical and non-technical staff.
