About the Role
Our Existing Business Sales team is vital to delivering exceptional service and customised cyber security solutions to our long-term clients. By fostering strong relationships and helping clients navigate ever-evolving threats and compliance challenges, we empower them to stay secure and ahead of the curve.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional to contribute to our mission of driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll work closely with our valued clients to help them access and optimise our cutting-edge cyber security solutions. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring seamless service.
This position offers the chance to enhance your skills in sales, client management, and cyber security while contributing to Cognisys’ ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients’ cyber security frameworks.
• Provide tailored product information, demonstrations, and solutions to meet client needs.
• Assist with contract renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide post-sale support.
• Track client interactions and sales opportunities using CRM tools.
Requirements
• Customer-centric mindset - A commitment to providing excellent service and
understanding client needs.
• Sales Acumen - Ability to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Communication Skills - Clear and effective written and verbal communication, with the
ability to explain complex information.
• Problem-solving - An analytical mindset to address client challenges and recommend
solutions.
• Attention to Detail - Accuracy is crucial in managing contracts, renewals, and client
interactions.
• Teamwork - Collaborate effectively with internal teams while independently managing
client relationships.
